3. Payment Terms
Payments for construction services are typically structured on a milestone basis as agreed in the project contract — for example, mobilisation advance, progress milestones and final retention release. All applicable taxes (including GST) are charged additionally per Indian law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, drawings, designs and material on this website are the property of Sharma Construction and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the obligations defined in the relevant signed contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in South West Delhi, Delhi.
