Sharma Construction provides commercial and industrial construction services on a project basis. As a service-based business, refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms of the signed project contract. This policy provides general guidance.
1. Service-Based Business
We do not sell physical products. All payments collected are advances or progress milestones for contracting services rendered or to be rendered against a signed contract or formal work order.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to nandkrsharma1@gmail.com.
- If work has not commenced and no costs have been incurred, the mobilisation advance may be refunded after deducting administrative charges.
- If procurement, mobilisation, design or site work has commenced, costs incurred and committed will be deducted before any refund is processed.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds, if any, are limited to amounts received against the cancelled scope.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed milestones, executed work or services already rendered.
- Statutory taxes already deposited with the government are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method. Processing times by the bank or payment gateway may vary.
5. Disputes
Any dispute regarding refund or cancellation will be addressed through the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the project contract.
