Sharma Construction is a commercial and industrial construction contracting company. We do not sell or ship any physical products through this website. As such, no shipping or courier services are involved in our standard engagements.
2. Project Delivery
Our "delivery" is the execution and handover of construction projects at the client's site as per the agreed scope of work, timelines and milestones defined in the project contract or work order.
3. Project Timelines
Project completion timelines are defined on a per-project basis and depend on scope, site conditions, statutory approvals, material availability and force majeure events. Specific timelines are confirmed in the signed contract.
4. Site Mobilisation & Handover
Once the project contract is executed and the mobilisation advance is received, our team mobilises to the site within the timelines mutually agreed. Final handover is completed after successful inspection, snag clearance and statutory documentation.
5. Documents & Reports
Project-related documents (drawings, progress reports, completion certificates) are shared electronically with authorised client representatives.
